What Dreams May Come

I would
Never be able to deny
It is there, when we say goodbye
Playing a tune of my heart’s lullaby

I could
Chance that love might exist
To see what I have missed
And taste that first kiss

I should
Know that Heaven is where you’re from
Just let my heart, float going numb
And take…what dreams may come.

I want to be the face you see when you close your eyes
I want to be the touch you need every single night
I want to be your fantasy
And be your reality
And everything between
I want you to need me,
like I need you.
