A Place In My Heart

I look up to the sky
and see a full moon
I wonder if I will meet
my true love soon.
He will have a sense of humor
to get through the long days
gentle eyes
when into them I gaze.
Friendly and playful
strong but caring
happy and willing
his life to be sharing.
Patient, understanding
generous with his time
always letting me know
he wants only to be mine.
I'll know it will be him
right from the start
his smile will fill
the empty place in my heart.

Lorraine~
This is just delightful wishing from your heart.
I like the format ... resembles a vase, waiting for the placement of the rose.
