Frankie Haley

Frankie Haley, Where did you go?
I only saw you the other day
Why did your mind have to explode?
Now you’ve left and gone away

Frankie Haley, What did you do?
You’ve killed you mother, brother, and sister too
I guess you felt you had nothing to lose
Since they treated you so damn rude

Frankie Haley, Remember When?
We jumped on top of that fire engine
Or when the crowd gathered round
To see our drawing on the ground

Frankie Haley, I should have known
Long ago when you moaned
About the world and your life
And all you ever talked about was your strife

Frankie Haley, I could have helped
All you had to do was tell
But you kept it all inside
And then got taken for a ride

Frankie Haley, Where did you go?
I only saw you the other day
Why did your mind have to explode?
Now you’ve left and gone away

Frankie Haley, What did you do?
You’ve killed your mother, brother, and sister too
I guess you felt you had nothing to lose
Since they treated you so damn rude

Frankie Haley, why oh why?
Did you never say goodbye
Gone without even a word
They say you’re a killer but that’s absurd

I really like this post....is Frankie Haley a known killer or just an idea? Anyhow it's really good.

Thought-provoking poem LenMcC1. Such a sad tale on society when we cannot help those who desperately need assistance from their tortured minds; sadder yet, that we cannot often identify those in need until it is too late ... you've pointed that out well in your poem LenMcC1.

Best wishes,
/Kit

Interesting story told very nicely. Is it true?

Well I guess I had to reply to this one.
Sorry to hear about cousin Frankie, some just don't know how to live in the world.
Great poem, though very sad, especially seeing my name in it....
