To have once felt love.
Now just a memory to me
Cast a lingering feeling
Of what should be

Innocent look in your caring eyes
The beat of my heart
Was  not shadowed with lies
My strength from the start

Beginning anew
But locked in my mind
My feelings for you
Through all will in time

There are no true answers
Just lessons to learn
From the pictures of moments
Life’s twist and turns

I lie awake in a sleep
Trying to see
If I could fix the memory
Change the ending to be
A happy one.

Good start for happy ending...Soul ties are difficult to break, and they are never really broken, just re-adjusted...

Everything is as it should be...
especially this poem.

Oh, my, Spiked this poem deserves to be
read.  Do not feel bad, this happens a lot
with so many readers and so many poems
to be read.

This one is wonderful, so back to the top
