There is a youthful spirit inside this ancient shell
Crying for release from the guardians watch
The iron has softened
And the water has quenched the thirst of this parched existence
Languor has wreastled it’s way through muscle and sinew
Hunched a once strong and powerful being
To this form before you now
But the Spirit is as vital and powerful as ever
And will be reborn anew as surely
As the pheonix rises from the flame
Celebrate in the newness that awaits
For I shall rise upon fresh wings
To soar through the heavens
And to you I relinquish guardianship

Kit,
Thank you, though the words are not coming as easily at the present time, when they do come they are very powerful.

Marge,
I'm so glad you enjoyed this...I was in the middle of a project and the words just started flowing......when it was finished and i reread it I just thought......wow........did I write that?
