I think fool said it best: short but sweet! I like the last phrase the most, being "all aglow" sounds rather splendid. Don't ever run out of breathe!

Fool~
I'm a full moon fanatic,
as you'll soon discover.
Glad you enjoyed.
Now .. go look at the moon !
Is that 'funk' or what?

LadySofia~
Thank you ... it merely takes the
moon to set me 'all aglow'.
And a friend who needs my smile.

ChrisG~
Thank you, my friend.
Glad you enjoyed.

Can't see the moon tonight...it's cloudy in California...can you believe it...might be a pretty sunrise though...Love the poem, Marge!

Marge,
Yes.....love the full moon......

Lunar Curiosity

Watching the moonrise
Gaze transfixed upon the lunar shine
Won’t be another like this for a century or more
And there.........a shooting star
Falling nearly straight down on the left of this
Oversized and intensly bright orb
There will never be another moonrise like this one.

Full moons are so beautiful, just like this poem! I love the way you put it: "Full moon waltzing through moonlit sky", that is such a perfect description! I love this poem and I love you Marge!

Love and hugs,
Lizzie

Lil' Lizzie, my friend ....
I'm so glad you enjoyed it.
Sweetie, just remember ... that same moon
shines brightly for us both in the miles between our friendship.
Look ... and you'll see the reflection
of my friendship in the glow !
Love you too, hon.

Well Marge,

This could be one of those times I'm lost for words, could you believe that..! I didn't think so... I stay home this time of month... Let all you crazy moon lovers go nuts. 'Course, I was born with the moon in Cancer but I've only been crazy once..! No 2 times, but that don't count. I got married...

Lucky~
Now that's a thought - I'd never fathom !
YOU SPEECHLESS ..
'This time of month' sounds rather MIDOL to me !

RedHeart~
Glad you caught the reflection.
Thank you.

LoveBug~
You're such a sweetie !

Marie~
What a kindness in your words.
Greatly appreciated by this lady.

Corinne~
Totally appreciated.

My Buddy Balladeer~
Yep .. funk all gone ?
Good ...
Love ya ....

Serenity~
'Mom' does the 'moon'.

Nan~

There you go ..
never thunk
of the moon
in her 'blue funk'?
Time to broaden
your horizon ...
sometimes she shrinks
in cowardly rising.
Ducking and diving
from a friend in 'blue'
Just another phase
of that magnificient moon !

Love ya' all !

My eyes caress the shining moon
I linger there for I know soon
As darkness shuts the hard won day
My love is watching far away.

Hi Marge

Somtimes I travel and I watch the moon too.

Your poem brought this to mind
