When I'm With You Amy M Kennedy When I'm with you, there's no place I'd rather be In your loving arms is the only place for me Feeling the passion of your kiss sets my soul on fire Making me want and need you, the flames of desire When I'm with you my soul is free to fly I let out a happy contented sigh Your soft touch sets my mind at ease I pray that our love never has to cease When I'm with you, I lose all concetration With you, is my ony destination You are in my heart today and forever more But I am scared to dream what our future has in store I know that you love me, that is clear to see And when I'm with you...you bring out the best in me In soft moonlight I want to hold you tight Hoping that forever we can hold onto the night When I'm with you, my heart skips a beat And I am consumed with flames of intense burning heat However, it is more than just physical that I feel I know that I love you...and when I'm with you it is so real ~Live today as though it were your last but prepare for tomorrow as though it were here~ |

"When I'm with You"...I loved your title and I wish that I could honestly write a poem like this...with every word true..."In soft moonlight I want to hold you tight"....so many times I have wanted to feel all these feelings and to know that the woman I am with feels the same feelings for me.
