Discovery and  Wonder

Two souls...
Reaching out...
Find each other.

Two worlds...
Brought together...
By untold circumstances.

Amazing...
How words typed on a blank screen...
Can so touch ones heart.

And she can’t help but wonder...
What things would be like...
If only in a different time and space.

"Amazing how words typed on a blank screen...can so touch ones heart."  Ruth I have found myself thinking this over and over again as I have shared the poetry on this website...it is amazing the way my heart is touched...all the different emotions I feel.  Lovely thoughts.  James

the poems I read on this site allow me to discover parts of other people, their thoughts while also revealing hidden parts of myself. And that is something truely wonderous.

wonderful poem.

Hoot~
Hi there, gal !
It isn't so much different than
other chance meetings ...
just easier these days.
But, I do agree ... it's amazing
how others 'touch' us and bring
us to that realm of 'discovery and wonder'.

Ruth,
Don't know how I missed this one!!  Glad to have found it now though.  It is truly amazing how all of us seem to somehow touch each other's lives in some way through our writing and replies.  This was beautiful, my friend!!

Ruth, your words speak volumes.... you always seem to touch an emotional chord inside of me, no matter what the subject.  This one is just perfection.

Nice work Ruth, and have a happy Mother's day.
