Mmmm those darn pimples (yuk) and I'm still getting them from time to time and I'm nearly 34 (bummer). This was good not what I expected but good just the same  Tracie~ Love is the life of the soul... It is the harmony of the universe |

Peri~ Not a laughing matter ... but brought a smile anyway ! My children used Calomine Lotion applied with a cotton swab at night. Wow, look at all the remedies you are getting for Acne --) Cool poem - Acne starts from the inside out -- clogged pores start with built up oil and dirt then reach their annoying heads. Make sure you are eating properly getting the right vitamins - and the proper veggies. Try to get away from deep fried foods and greasy potatoes chips. And make sure you are getting at least 5 glasses of pure water everyday, along with the other liquids you need daily. Eat Carrots and sweet potatoes or yams Never scrub your skin - use a soap that is pure, put it in your hands with water and pat it on your face - -rinse with clear water and pat dry with a clean towel. Also, many many shampoos help with the irritation of acne as you rinse your hair, make sure you rinse your forehead and back very well. Again, do not scrub. Do not pick -- if you can't resist --pull away on each side the eruption before going to poke at it, and never use straight fingernails, that will leave scars for sure. THINK that just about all people have had pimples, some worse than others - and have managed to survive those pimply years. Well, your poem has caused a splash. netswan |
