As we lay side by side
Saying nothing yet expressing everything.
Your angelic face,
Eyes closed,
Lips zipped together.

As we lay side by side
I can feel you heart
echoing its beat against my body.
Your hand moves over to clasp mine,
I tingle at your touch.

As we lay side by side
Your jewel-like eyes open
And your mercyless beauty
Envlopes me

As we lay side by side
I can feel our love growing,

Neverending.

*sigh*
mete, this is lovley and tender.
such a gentle moment.
very nice...VERY
take care, jm

 It's amazing
How you make your face just like a wall
How you take your heart and turn it off
How I turn my head and you lose it all ...
And it's unnerving
How one move just puts me by myself
There you go just trusting someone else
Now I know I put us both through hell ...
I'm not sayin
That there was nothing wrong
I just didn't think you'd ever get tired of me
And I'm not sayin
We ever had the right to hold on
I just didn't wanna let you get away from me.

You & Ryan are so lucky!  I hope it lasts.  Cheers for the e-mail.
Luv,
Debs.

The tragedy of it is that nobody sees the look of desperation on my face. Thousands and thousands of us, and we're passing one another without a look of recognition.

Very touching poem.     A great display of the human heart.

Harry Anderson, "Night Court"
