A bright light shines through a placid night.
The velvet sky envelops all around the dewy grounds.
There is a warm wind blowing the stars around,
and all your dreams are at the end of it all.

Your life doesn't always go the right way,
and things that may happen may be wrong
But if you look on the bright side of the things taking place,
It's usually gonna turn out alright in the end.

If you look for the light shining through the dark night,
and you follow the light to the end,
times may be hard on your journey to the end, but your dreams are at the end of it all.

***I did this poem to a song that happened to be stuck in my head, so I don't really know if it sounds too good.  If it doesn't... oops...

Beautiful Cassers!  I like seeing a positive additude from you.  I know that can be hard, because you're a lot like me, my friend. I enjoyed this a lot, wonderful imagery, nice flow.  Good job!

BRAVO!!!  You always have to look for the light at the end of the tunnel, the dawn at the end of the darkness, the lighthouse on the shore. . . oh, you know what I mean!!

This was a great poem, would that we could all take this to heart. . .

Wonderful Cassers!  Like Krista, I'm glad to see the positive attitude, definetly something that should be taken to heart!  (Is there an echo in here?)  Uplifting, my friend... Thanks for being my guiding light..

Thank you, all of yah, for the replies!  I've been gradually becoming more positive.  My finger puppets have helped me, and so have you.  Krista and Abe, yah've been my greatest help.     Thanx!

DE.......great writing!!!!  I like the analogy of the light at the end of the tunnel.  So very true.....you never know what is out there until you explore new ground.

DawnEclipse~
I like the hope envisioned in this.
You've done it well ... no 'oops' needed.
