Waiting to be next to you
To see you everyday
To hear your voice
And feel your touch
Thinking about it makes me cry
But as I looked into your eyes
They were blank
Your voice was harsh
And your touch was cold
Then it happened
You left me
Alone
Wondering why
But gaining no answers
Trying to put it all behind me
Slowly, I'm getting over you
Until the next time
That I hear your voice
Drifting through my head
Your touch on my skin
The smile on your face
And the look in your eyes
I'm still here alone
With the thought of you
Always pondering in my head
Alone

Hi,
Know this:
memories make us stronger

and I too know the pain of a memory coming back to haunt

All my love,
Jeffrey

I lie awake in a world filled with dreams,
but dreams can be so real when you don't know you're asleep
