Foretaste

And there,
with each savored
swallow,
each breath
nearly an audible moan,
with each slow
lazy sweep
of your hazel eyes
across my swelling lips,
my throat,
my hands...
and visions then,
arising
private and fleeting,
but shared,
in the telling.
the scene I see
from within
your eyes as real
and urgent
as my own...
We wait, and watch,
and listen
to the poison
soundings
of our
moistened lips.

Dear LadyClaire

Very in the moment. I like the way it flows too. Smooth and hot. Passionate. ACT.

Packs a punch ..
yet delivered so softly.
Beautifully spoken as usual.

All right, all right... I'm out of my league. I see you wonderful girls could really make my head swimmmmm... Where's the boundry on this forum anyway. Well it couldn't be to far I can still see the golf course from here...

Who's Lucky anyway..?

If I could paint a portrait, of this life in which I've led, and somehow sketch a story, of the visions in my head, I'd start out with a canvas, stretched tightly in a frame, and in the bottom corner, I'd leave room to sign my name. (Michelle A. Bartley)

This took my breath away - but I was bewildered by the one word "poison" - it was a sensual love song to me, until I reached that word.  Ah, well, sometimes a person just can't comprehend it all!

Wow... dripping with sensuality this is.  Wonderful images drawn (dang near felt) here.
Doesn't get much better than this, Claire.

Seymour...I will see your sigh and raise you another.  Thanks for the myohmy's.

ACT...thank you for reading this...that you enjoyed makes me glad.

Sven...yes, so very much like that... thank you...

Martie...how nice of you to say.  (not that that surprises me ~ you are always so gracious)

Marge...thank you for such encouraging words. You liked this one? I'm glad.

Lucky...thank you for reading... Out of your league? Not for a moment!

Rosemary...the "poison" here is actually just used figuratively, as to depict a sort of "taboo" or a forbidden emotion. This poem is about two people who are about to get into  trouble...or at least  wanting to. (if'n you know what I mean...)   Thank you...I'm glad you mentioned that and gave me the opportunity to address it.

Hi Michael   Dripping? I think I like that description...thank you...
