however brief the moment
it can last a lifetime
if you only let it shine
in hope..i can dream
and pretend everythings mine
skip stones in the water
forget who i am..and get lost
in the tides of time..
with the silence of many
their beacon..their burden
leaving me
to immerse myself in plenty..of pity

"however brief the moment

I like that.

Nothing can deter a poet, for he is actuated by pure love. Who can predict his comings and goings? "Thoreau"

Is it too much to find an answer,
Is it too much to hold you close.
Is it too much to find a reason,
Is it too much to free my soul --
From self control ...
And I know you're always waiting for me ...
You take me far away,
And I know you're holding me ...
And it's better now ...
