Dusk
    speak to me
as twilight whispers
        goodbye
   for her light
        warmed my soul
and removed the
  frown from my face

her darker side
  You…..
surround me
  with sounds from
woodwind and strange
        feelings from a
   songbird whose echo
          throbs
deeply, peacefully
  within my
        racing mind

   calming me
soundly…
      suspending my
consciousness till
      dawn
