**  Cosmic Kisses **

Kiss your lips
I breathe you in
and taste the starry skies...
A galaxy
of emerald green
I travel in your eyes.

Enticing sweet
your whispers are
your soul it beckons mine...
To fly away
there on your kiss
sweet celestial wine.

I taste your thoughts
I feel your dreams
the moon shines in your heart...
Your sweet embrace
so heavenly
the planets play their part.

You and I
both born to know
with heaven, we are one...
Kiss your lips
I breathe you in
and taste the setting sun.

Seriously Gen, this was a great poem and it's good to know that I'm not the only Hopeless Romantic around here. . .

"I breathe you in and taste the setting sun. . ."  couldn't have said it better myself. . .

Very well done.  Great rhymes.  Astronomy is always a good metaphor.
