destiny smiles on those she loves
from her lighthouse high above
giving joy and giving peace
and from sorrow, sweet release

with a touch of her hand she gives blessing
to all those who have come distressing
with her voice she calms their fears
and gives them strength to last many years

smile on me destiny, send your warmth and light
give me the strength to face the darkest night
and when my trial is over and my race is run
may your smile be the last thing i see when my time is done

Sven, you've written destiny so real and warm...so illuminating, forgiving. This is full of beauty, my friend...

Sven~
You make Destiny a lovelier word than
I'd thought it to be.
This is sooooooo pretty.
