State of constant confusion!

0 posted 2000-04-15 06:19 PM

I think Louis Armstrong said it best

What A Wonderful World

I see trees of green
Red roses too
I see them bloom
For me and you

And I think to myself
What a wonderful world

I see skies of blue
And clouds of white
The bright blessed day
The dark sacred night

And I think to myself
What a wonderful world

The colors of the rainbow
So pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces
Of people going by

I see friends shaking hands
Saying "how do you do?"
They're really saying
I love you

I hear babies crying
I watch them grow
They'll learn much more
Than I'll ever know

And I think to myself
What a wonderful world

Louis Armstrong

Just imagine what this world would be if we could all see it through the eyes of a child......

Jeffrey

Jeffrey Carter, I always loved that song by Louis Armstrong. I don't know if they will delete this thread though, because its a copyright song. I've  seen them do it before.
Great for Earth Day though.

I thought about that before I posted this piece. If I didn't post it no one would see it right? So if they delete it it's no big deal

Jeffrey~
Thank you for reminding me of
some of the loveliest words ever sung.
Very fitting.

HAPPY EARTHDAY JEFFERY
BTTT!

Well the sun sets gently on your shoulders
And it makes me want to touch you there.
And the light in your eyes makes me feel
Like there's something much better out there
Something kind...
And I know someday I might be looking around
Trying to find some purpose
Well purpose it can't be that hard to find
As long as I've got the wind...
The wind and your love to carry me.
