Who is this man that is much like me
Who just as I, likes to fly life free
Soaring and searching ever higher
Quenching each and every desire

Is he just as strong and stand his ground
Not letting darkness keep him tied and bound
Is he just like me and wear an iron skin
Only letting someone special explore within

Is he as caring and gentle as I can be
Can his love go to the depth’s of the sea
Does he carry a soul full of passion
And will he share it in a loving fashion

Do his dreams reach the silvery moon bright
Share intimate moments under a star-lit night?
Would he let two souls mesh together as one
Keep a heated desire just as hot as the sun

Who is this man that is much like me
Who just as I, likes to fly life free
He will surely capture his one true love
Who will soar with him, like a beautiful dove

Intriguing indeed!

Irie, I can tell you for sure, that Chris is a pain in the rear! He's a smart alec and... (shh) here he comes... I'll tell you the rest later.

This is wonderful though, far, far more than he deserves!

I have been wondering why all, well......
some of you have been picking on him!
I only wish I had half of what it appears
he has to offer! I guess I'll just have to
wait for him to be a pain in the rear to me
before I pick on him my self!

Anyway, thanks for your comments, I think?

Very tender, very loving, I was very moved by this one.

Irie!

My goodness!

Whatever did I do to deserve this? This is incredible! You're right in saying that this is much along the same lines as I! I don't know if you're half as insane as I, but at the least, you understand the "important" emotions attached to the feeling we label love. You've written an incredible poem which I am honored to feel was inspired by me! Thank you, go in peace!

Jason - I'm gonna beat you half to death!

Thank you RoseMary for you reply.
I'm glad you liked this.

Chris.....I'm flattered by your response!
And yes, it was inspired by you! And as far as being insane.....
I'm known to be a bit wild!!!   I guess we do operate along the same lines!
Thank you so much for you comments! *HUGS*

Oh, and by the way, I'll help you beat Jason
Half to death!   hehe
