TRUE LOVE

My love for you is like a burning flame
Raw, passionate, and never tame

Believe what I say is true
That I could not love anyone
As much as I love you

I remember the first time we did meet
Ever since then, everytime I see you
My heart skips a beat

I would give up everything I own
Just to be with you
To make sure that you are never alone

I know that you may not believe a word I say
But I just want you to know
That I think of you every minute of every day

Wow. Welcome to passions. You've deffinitely got a tellent here my friend.

I love this one. It brings back memories. =) Especially the part, "You may not believe a word I say... I think of you every minute of every day" Wow... very nice

this is a beautiful poem and an excellent first post.
i can empathise with this piece.
love is such a powerful force and to be able to hold someone you truely love is one of the best experiences life can bring.
a fantastic entry into our family.
