I guess the answer was written by that guy

yeah, that's right, "blowin in the wind"

Shaking and devastating, it rings in our ears

We wanted a revolution but it only brang tears
Just like the time Nixon put it in gear
But its the future and things have changed
ME? I'd say half of the C's are deranged

I love this place, All of the U S of A
But democracy? I'd say it's on delay
So Spite me, you may even want to fight
However, as of right now, the future isn't

You're right, we're half as free now as we were before the "revolution"....and we were half as free then, as we'd been three decades before.

Worse, we've done it to ourselves, revolution by revolution, turn by turn, and all with the best of intentions.
