Saved by the Bell (Pun intended)

We know as we release them here,
Our words of love of hope or fear,
That as they move along the track
We have no power to bring them back.

Will they be scanned by friendly eye
And then deemed worthy of reply
Or will they move along,ignored
Dismissed by readers who are bored?

We check to see how they have fared
Our inmost secrets we have shared;
One last goodbye before they die
As into cyber space they fly.

To our surprise we find them there
At top of page in good repair.
Redeemed by one who wished them well;
Their guardian angel, Isobel.
