Who Winds the Yarn?

A pair of kittens attack!
pounce, rend furiously
unraveling, yarn everywhere...
Once wound so carefully
rolled about, tossed about
order played asunder.

Big fluffy, irresistible
carefully, lovingly prepared
now entangable, snares.
Kitty captured... wrapped up
yet still they play
with nary a thought nor care.

Rolling about with snarls
wrestling, swatting into mess
they just don’t realize.
Plaything unraveled, used up
they blame one another
sullen kitty stares.

How like life it tis?
unwound to everywhere
balls played into string.
We tend to tear apart
with nary a thought...
who winds the yarn?

Daniel, please check your email inbox. You might have to clear some room. I tried to contact you, but it bounced back as undeliverable.

Tramp, as always, you've shown that you're a wonderful writer out there

And in this one you've caught a glimpse of the kitty's many personalities.

Thank you for sharing it

*hugs*
