This is a 'special' moon poem dedicated to BloomingRose/Debra~
Just because she thought that I should see what I could
"come up with this time about the moon?"

Thank you for the inspire, Deb
Photo taken in my yard~

In this month of March the ground softens and earthworm casts reappear, inviting the return of robins.
Southern Native American Indian tribes knew this as the Worm Moon.
Northern Indian tribes knew this as the Full Crow Moon, when the cawing of crows signals winter's end, or the Full Crust Moon because snow becomes crusted from thawing by day and freezing at night.
The Full Sap Moon, marking the time of tapping maple trees, is another variation.

~*When the heart grieves over what it has lost,
the spirit rejoices over what it has left.

Dear Marge:  Your poem is beautiful as the moon herself and I did actually see her Friday night.  We are seeing a few robins, so maybe spring is near and I heard crows cawing yesterday morning.

Marge,
This is so beautiful! As always, you come up with the most creative ways of writing such great poetry.

Dear Marge

Your 'words' are as 'full' as the moon.  A lovely display of verse.
