Fraility is thy heart,
that does not but doubt,
sowing the seed it does impart,
the harbored fear to sprout.

I bid thee questioning dame,
to doubt the uncertain night,
and all that she does claim,
for she submits to light.

Doubt the trueness of north star,
its guidance has been flawed;
its guiding light is not far,
from its ultimate withdraw.

Trust not the exquisite sunrise,
for she deceives in things to come,
to the day she does sensationalize,
the mundane she is to become.

Trust not the flames of sun,
or the passion amidst fire,
for their demise has begun,
and soon shall time expire.

I pray thee doubt not my heart,
for her virgin motives are true,
with your love she will never part,
nor even in death, say adieu!

Jared, this is awesome! Reminds me of a work I had written after watching "The Prince Of Players" with Richard Burton. How thou dost speweth Edwardian english with such nimbleness! Loved it and am saving it,m'Lord!
