I sit here wanting to write.... But I've written about just about everything. I've written about the weather. And hearts that have been torn, and tethered. Times of old, and hearts of Gold. And ones not so nice at all. Of hearts that were evil untold, And nature’s trees so tall. I've written about honeybees Not to mention some of the seven seas Of love, and trust, and all the fuss That love can bring. Of April showers, And people in their ivory towers, Of dew kist’ pik't flowers that a lover brings. And songs love birds sing! Faeries, and dragons, And things that go bump in the night. Historic horse drawn wagons. Eagles that soar so high in flight. Of things be strong, And how someone has done someone wrong. Words about the spirit, how it transcends. Hues, and color, and how they prism bend. Things of fads, and grads, and dads. Thread of spools, fools, and love duals. Stars that shine so bright. And people who can hurt ones who bring the light. Can't forget about hands And ring wraith bands Ones of the Lorded kind. Of wants, and desires, things so dire Things that can drive you insane. Questions of how we can be so blind? Things that are a brain drain. Men, and their thoughts, Of the one that got away From a story I had heard one day. Answers sought, and lessons taught. Hummingbirds, and butterflies, Taboos, and inner spies. Country, and patriots who fight. And, damsels who needed their knight. Of history, and planes, and trains of civilizations long past. Seasons that have come, and gone Of sipping iced tea on the cool evening lawn. I've written about baby’s giggles, puppies, and kittens How jello wiggles, And with world travels I am smitten. Flags, and from where they hail. Spring, summer, winter, and fall. Of ships when they set sail. I have written about them all. I have written all sorts of dribble. Save ones of Queens, and Kings. These are just a few of the things I've scribbled, I wish my writing would take wings. But, What now? ____________________________________________________ *This was written in response to Cusicks "Blockage."I know it's long, but I tried to shorten it. And since I wrote this a week ago, I have written more. I took a little bit winged flight I think.* Thaanks for putting up with the length if you got this far...  )Of sound, and speech let all lift the hearer! |

I wish someone would tell me about muse. I looked it up...that's how much I don't know about it. It was interesting the 9 muses were Zues's daughers. That, and lot's more I found out. I'm glad you know yours, and can talk to them. Meditate, and contemplate is what I need to do. Thanks for stirring my interest to seek the knowledge.
