I can't help but look deep into his eyes,
And wonder what he's thinking.
When I look at him I have to sigh,
Knowing deep down he could never be mine.

It's just so hard to pour my love for you,
When your love is being poured to her, she's untrue.
I'll be happy just to hold your hand,
To run my hand through your hair, and walk with you
Across the beaches sand.

You're the last thing I think about at night
And in my dreams you and I take flight…
Off to happily ever after land, and
Together we live, hand in hand.

And when the sun begins to rise,
We will stay in never never land,
And when the sun begins to shine,
Our hand will untangle, strand by strand.
I only wanted a moment with you,
Or maybe a month or two.

What if I never get to see you after today?
What if my love for you will someday fade?
My heart lives for you, beats for you,
And someday, I'll show you that to you, I'll be true.

oh yes, what it feels like to have a crush, at one time I believed that too, but wait and you shall be rewarded, that is how it worked with I, I wish you the same luck I received! Great poem, you expressed your feelings very well, and it was easy to relate too, keep writing I look forward to reading more!
