Waft Of Rose
~*Marge Tindal*~

Oh the garden is replete
With rose-in-bloom, scented sweet
Wafting on each breeze that blows
Sending fragrance to all of those
Who take the time to simply
Smell the roses … that’d be me~

You must be kidding...April 2003 are they blooming already????

Here they only just stick their noses out and tell me they won't come out for a while.

Geesh, I'm jealous Lady.

Ok, have to go, my puter is going down in a moment. Cross your fingers that all is going well.

See ya and hugs, Titia

Like scattered leaves...my words will flow

I want some! Well, now that the ground around here has finally thawed out, maybe I will take a drive to the garden center and get me some!

Beautiful as always, Marge!

In Florida of course.  Here in the Pacific West they come into their own in June.  The Rhododendrons and other spring flowers are dominating now.  Your poem is lovely by the way.  Love, Joyce

A rose by any other name....  would still be grateful to have you write about it.

Marge, I can smell the sweetness way up here. What a beautiful rose garden. A lot of work went into creating this. Nice job.

Hugs, Marti

Dear Marge:  Thank you for sharing your beautiful roses with us!  Mine are but a hope on the horizon.  Most of mine are climbers as tea roses don't do well where I live.  We have such a short growing season here in the foothills. My favorites are Double Delight and Mr. Lincoln! Hope to see some pictures later!

Love you
Betty Lou
