Ronnie Gots A Boo-Boo
~*Marge Tindal*~

Poor Ronnie gots a boo-boo
because he slipped and fell
And that is a feeling
that I know quite well !

His ankle got all twisted
and though it’s got him down
I know he’ll be up soon
for he never wears a frown !

So I’m sending him lots of wishes
to keep a smile upon his face
Ron … you is da’ man
but glad I’m not in your place !

So just grin and bear it
and soon you’ll have it licked !
I know you, my friend …
You’ll be up and about soooooo quick !

*Our Trillium’s Ron fell and sprained his ankle …
Let’s all send him LOTS of get-better-wishes !

Dear Marge:  You are so dear and thoughtful Marge!!  Ron is smiling all over and we all appreciate your special efforts to cheer him up. I printed the poem out so he can keep it.  He has kept everything you've ever sent him!

Love from Ron and me too!

Dear Marge, I know that Ron is happy with his card from you and I will be sending one too.

And I know I would be happy, very,
If you sent me your vocabulary.
I'd put your words into a book
And when in need I'd take a look.
For phrases, I'd not have to think
For Marge will have lent her special ink.

Love, Joyce

She didn't say grin and bare it! Fun write and hope Ron has a full recovery.

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

I'm sending a teddy to Ron, but Margie does best, for laughter is the best medicine!

Thanks all, for taking time to comment about Ron's sprained ankle.  He's doing much better today and not in pain anymore. Just has to stay off his feet as much as possible for a month!

We appreciate all your kindness and again have to thank Marge for her special effort!

Ron, I know how you feel.  I have one that sprains if I walk on it the wrong way.... and is now perpetually puffed.  HOpe you're feeling better.  You will be back up with a spring in your step in no time.... But for today... Keep it on ice....LOL

Luv YA,

Sherry

Cherish the good memories of the past and look forward to the adventure called Tomorrow. But above all... be kind to yourself today.

Denise:  Thanks for your comments and Ron says thanks too.  His ankle is much better. Only three weeks to go and he can get the air splint off.
