Tommorrow, Today

Good love, nice house,
Just when everything seems so fine.
It just hits me, that I'm confined
Within four walls.

I'm living outside
The harshness of the world,
An egg under lights
Of protection and care.

I only see through
A small lid of a teapot.
Everything else
Seems to so big
That I can't not comprehend.

I never get to know
Many people
From different backgrounds.
Always depend on
My family for support.

I'm a spoil child,
Soon become a woman.
Everyday, I count my blessing,
Wishing today will be forever.

Forever have parents
Guide through each
Event of life.
What a dream that
Many have also think of.

Everyday, I count my blessing,
Wishing today will be forever,
But tommorrow will never
Be today again.

But tommorrow will never
Be today again...

The world is what you make it.  I am sure you are not going to confine yourselves to those four walls forever.  Good job on the poem.  Joyce

Dear Eliza, I do share your sentiments... The world is so big and sometimes it seems alittle scary... But think about it, many of our fellow poets can share their wisdom, so that's a big source of confort ^_^
