this is an old poem written in sonnet form.
it's a little out there, i guess

how are you compared to being parents?
can it be because you are tyranous,
because you seem a little more content?
how come you need to be better than us?
"to live we must always complete the test."
do you think you are more able to see?
do you assume that life is for the best,
is it because you are older than me?
"to us we can believe you are better."
because you can teach us meaning?
is better as good as being smarter,
can we aquire greatness by loving?
Love can be unconditionally tough,
that is how you compare to the good stuff.
