Hi guys.. I've just been on a 3 day poetry course, at University, and this is one of the poems I wrote during the course. The excercise was to write from the point of view of a randomly selected noun.. and guess what?! I got Tom cat! So here it is... Tom Cat Mine. They are all mine. They all want me, with their pretty pussy faces and petted, pampered bodies. Oh God how they want me! She’s playing hard to get with her tail in the air while her perfume drives me WILD and she clambers up the fence. But she wants me. It’s my presence; I impress her, turn her on, chase her, catch her, take her, haha! I am the King, let me see you bow! It's nice to share - kiss someone when you have a cold. |

Funny...I used to watch my old girlfriends tom cat stalking other cats...he would sort of creep up on them and when he got close he would take off full speed and jump on them...reminded me of a lion or tiger... My tom cat was a tuff one...he would come home with some nasty wounds and occasionally I would have to take antibiotics and stick them down his throat to kill the infection of a wound...James |

Our little female cat fell pregnant to a Tom, and had kittens on my li'l brothers bed.. ^_^ They were so sweet!! We've kept two of them, and they are about 9 years old now.. Thanks for your comments James and Maree.  Bless your cotten sockies, you poetic maniacs. ^_^ |
