Candle in thine window
Frost glimpsing at thy flame

Esmeralda, what a lovely name. A poem all by itself. I can see your thought candle burning away fighting the frost that would devour it. A continuous war. Lovely, Joyce

Delightful! You can 'see' the frost on the one side of the window with the candle flickering away on the other side. Nicely said.
