Gifts to buy and shopping to do,
Oh how I hope to find a gift for you.
I look around so much choice,
Everywhere people begin to rejoice.

The Christmas season has arrived
The feelings of festiveness dwell inside.
Shoppers busy along the street,
Santa sitting merrily in his Christmas seat.

Mums with their children hurrying by,
I smile as snow starts to fall from the sky.
Innocent faces caught up in the dream,
Hoping to meet Santa’s helping team.

Seasonal images all around,
Delight sweeping over the town.
Off to the shops I merrily go,
Presents to buy and tie with a pretty bow.

I wish you all a happy time,
Lots of fun, lots of wine.
Enjoy the season, embrace the spirit
Its Christmas time so lets get to it!
