She's beautifully serene
Glamorous like a queen
To you I was just a had-been
From the outside looking in

You stood by the altar
She walked down the aisle
My bravery faltered
My heart stopped for a while

You used to tell me this
That happiness exists
Now I can only reminisce
As this heartache persists

A perfect picture of bliss
As you kissed before the crowd
I wish you happiness and peace
She's your true love, there's no doubt

Sorrow still tugs at my heart
I miss you very much
But love is a magical art
As long as you're happy, I'll always feel touched

A mixture of sweet and sour love... I guess its a typical scene, for one cannot love to order

Michelle:  A poignant piece!  It's so true that feelings of love cannot be turned off and on at will.  Sure would save us a lot of heartache if we could!
