Marge

A shadow sometimes walkes across my heart
with heavy feet
and my heart leaps
knowing that a space between the lines of time
is where we meet.

Margie girl darling sister of my soul, you know so well what is within my thoughts and how my soul reacts to this utter beauty of thought in shade that you’ve placed here to caress my soul. Thank beloved sister you don’t know how much this means to me. Or perhaps you do

Softly like a whispering sigh you’re slipping away
And no matter what I can’t make sure you stay
For that thief of hope, death is speaking your name
It waits ready to snuff out your fading flame
You’re dying my love, we both know you’ll go
To the arms of HIM from whom all mercy does flow
So take this lingering kiss so gentle and warm
And hold it within you when you face your last dawn

Love and warm stuff
As always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the earthquake wind and fire

If only we could bring them back...

Very artistically done, Marge.

Life sings us ... then brings us
to the crescendo of time ...
returning the memories of loved ones
often in our rhyme~

from shadow to light to shadow. So is the cycle of life. Well done.

the woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and many miles to go before I sleep...Frost

I appreciate the read and reply ...

I believe that the sunshine of life
falls across the sundial of our time
forever casting shadows
upon the all of who we are ...
who we were ...
and who we are yet to become~

And dear Lady, how on earth did I miss this gem!?

You have taken are difficult and emotional subject for so many and turned it into something soothing. We will all be together again one day and the glory of it will be magnificent.

Dear Marge,

This is indeed very special.  I had a dear friend who I haven't seen for some time and don't know if he is dead or alive, who use to call me the Sunshine girl.

It reminds me that I need to enjoy the moment and each day is gone forever and we can not change it, and that just for today we can live in the sunshine of the spirit because we never know when the clouds will come and our life will change. and we start a new beginning.

Love Always,

Butterfly

MartiGal~
You didn't miss it and I thank you for the gentle reply~

DearestButterfly~
Now I know who you are ... it's sooooooo good to see you have joined the circle of friends who abide here~
Thank you dear lady ... and welcome to Passions~

VickySweets~
You KNOW that I KNEW you would~
It circled so tenderly ... and found a voice in my ink~
Thanks LilBuddy~

Rosemary~
If these thoughts brought you, my friend, in for a reply ... then it has done just what I needed it to do~
How I miss you and Lucky ... hope the family is still doing fine~

I post almost exclusively now in Corner Pub and Spiritual ... Open (and most of the others) have just gotten too, too cluttered with dirty words ... such a shame that Ron has lifted the filtering of cursing slang ... they will only do what he LETS them do ...

The parents of the children I mentor just don't trust me anymore because of finding dirty words all over the PipTalk Forums now.
It's been a real teary experience to try to defend this place as having been a FAMILY place ... not when friends I used to invite to come in and read aren't comfortable and I just hate what has happened because of it~

BUT ... it is my wish that the forums where dirty words are permitted will one day be PASSWORD-PROTECTED so that children (and adults who don't want to see it) will not be exposed to the filth of nasty language.

Thank you, Rosemary ... your reply means the world to me~
