This poem is brand new

Egg

Dip your life in egg
Like a piece bread
For French toast
And feel invigorated

Let the yellow nectar
Wash over you
And give new life

Stir the egg
To dissolve the cobwebs
From your head

Stir it up
You satiated swine
Dance the jig
You emaciated stick

Pour the egg
On your head
Let it
Cake in your hair
And make a fashion statement

Dip your life in egg
Like a piece bread
For French toast
And feel invigorated

This reminds me of when I was small. My mother put egg on my hair and let it dry, the protein was supposed to do something for it. Then she washed it out and gave me a vinegar rinse. I never had anything try to eat me, but I had a lovely head of hair.Joyce
