LOL, good write Melton! DQ was recently on Hardball with Chris Matthews, where he stated that Saddam Hussein was an Al Quaida leader. When Chris pointed out that not one shred of proof has been found so far to backup that statement, Dan said, "Come on Chris, everybody knows that he is a terrorist of the worst kind and needs to be removed from power". When Chris asked, "If that is the case, then why didn't your administration do it during the Gulf War?", in true form Dan answered, "Because at the time, there was a great deal of intelligence which indicated if we did nothing, that was probably going to happen anyway." You're right Dan, nothing happened. He's still there. LOL! Thanks 2dalimit. |
