Flower Princess

Lily, namesake of a flower,
In your hands, you have the power,
To move hearts and foster dreams.
Somewhere in your baby schemes,
Do you realize that you
Are your family's hopes come true?
How we waited patiently,
To be blessed at last, by thee!

Sweetly made and such a beauty.
I'd be derelict in duty,
If I did not spread the news.
Of all the babies I could choose,
Only you would fit the bill.
I will sit and look my fill.
I see within your blue, blue eyes,
You are a princess in disguise!

BettyLou~
Just returned home after five days away and found this little 'BEAUTY'~

Awwwwwwwwwwww !  The poem is just as beautiful, as I'm sure Lily Anne is !

Now ... as soon as you get a 'real' photo of this little angel ... send it to me ... I'll do that 'magic' again ... GLADLY~

*Also .. just got the St. Patrick's Day card from Ron ... Please give him a great BIG HUG from me~
*And tucked in the envelope ... the greatest little *Gift* of your published poem in the Salesian Missions booklet.
I used to receive that publication and haven't for some time now ... I'm gonna write and ask for it !
Congratulations, sweet poetess~
Love n' hugs~

Marge:  Thank you for all the nice things you've said and I couldn't have posted this without you. I still haven't gotten a picture of Lily, but Kelli, her mom, is getting better every day and hopefully soon!
I'll be sure and send it to you and thanks for helping me.
I'm glad you liked the booklet.  They have published my poems from time to time and their booklets and books are always so nicely done. some really good writing in them.
Glad you are safely home and will talk to you soon.  Ron said he's happy you liked his card.

Awwwwwwwwww... so pretty, and I am sure she is far more precious than a thousand lilies in a field.

How exciting Betty.  I have been away since Monday so just found this.  I didn't know you had one coming.  Nice picture.  Joyce
