Though it hurts to let someone go, when we have no choice, later in life you can look back and see there is beauty in knowing what it is to truly love someone.
Been there my friend so I completely understand the pain, and also in retrospect...the gain.

How aching this piece is. I held my breast as I read. It is so sad, yet so incredibly beautiful...all the wishes you hold, the love you allow to remain living. Pegasus...this is definately a keeper!
