Quitetly and quickly,
I run
from shadow to shadow.
Trying to escape
the monster,
that has set his sights
upon me.
I run in circles
and never understand
why it is
that I can't get away.
Like a mouse
trapped
in an endless maze,
I will never agian
know the sweet taste of freedom.

life is like a road: full of pot holes and dead ends.
