Believe me
On hearing my confession
Of my love
For you, my sweet love,
That my love not only outlasts days and years
But also the wind and sea roars.

Believe me
When I said I’m not trifling.
Of my love
For you, my sweet love,
Is more than just a feeling.
A candle may smell nice,
But I love the wax that got melt down by the fire.

Believe me
On receiving my ring,
Which will be on your hands forever.
Of my love
For you, my sweet love,
There is no words can describe.
The moment you’re out of sight
I miss you, chasing your shadow.

Such a wonderful way to express such emotions.  Can't wait to read more.

life is like a road: full of pot holes and dead ends.

A pure and lovely poem of love!

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.

I hear ya. You’ve described true devotion to a “T”. Beautiful write.
