The sea within is at peace.
Gently do the waves caress,
this tranquil shore serene.

For the sunrises a new dawn.
Yesterday but a memory,
it's cares cast upon the deep.

Tomorrows sunrise a mystery.

The glory of this one morn,
is shimmering gift of gold.

Grace casts her Love-light
on warm winds of Hope.

The Horizon is aflame
with Loves passionate wonders,
that fill the soul anew
with everlasting gentle waves
of Loves Eternal Light.

A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails.

Ellie, yes, yes, "yesterday but a memory"
how perfectly beautiful (wish there were a better word than that!!!)
How soft...a new beginning felt in every line.  Boy, this is nice to read first thing in the morning.

You did an outstanding job on this one. I really enjoyed it. I think a one word description of your poetry would be serenity.

This was very interesting.  It sounded almost like a chant, or a prophecy or something.
The feel you created in this is very unique, but very good.  I can't quite put my finger on it...
Regardless, I enjoyed this piece very much.
