Melting Together

The moon a silver cresent
promise of shadow about.
Weeping willow kisses Magnolia
on our path we stroll.

Evening birds call love
crickets and frogs sing along.
Tis evening at our pond
holding familiar hand.

Oh, sweet is this feeling
at one, peacefull and secure.
Steps in time, hearts as well
as stop and turn we do.

Nightingale calls for kisses
and a murmmur, maybe two.
We meet in the middle
both familiar and true.
A touch of hand in hair
blowing kisses in the air.
Flashing eyes, smolder they be
soft as an echo; Thee, Thee, Thee.

A turn again to the path
bit slower in step.
As we stroll the bank
that circles our pond.

Lovers walk in evening time
as daylight goes off to bed.
Pause often to love once more
and simply soak it in.

Stars peek from silver cloud
as pieces scuttle by.
Flower scent and fresh earth
lovers step side by side.

Heaven must be almost like
this evening we have shared.
Feeling His touch, again
while melting together.

Yeah!!! Bravo!!! (applauding loudly) I love this!! So simple yet so poignant. Very sweet stroll with a lover.

How can you save me?
When the dark comes right in and takes me,
from my front walk and into bed,
where it kisses my face and eats my head. Shivaree

Daniel~
Very nice.
A gentle serenity encircles this piece.

thanks to each of you for the comments.
as it says, entirely fiction except the
feelings i suppose.
Funny how we tend to describe the visions...
my guess is to make them fit our daily reality.  that is if the visions are not indeed, in fact... reality.
