kiss me softly
in the morning
sunlight-and
hold me close
for the rest
of the day
say softly
"i love you"
in a poem
written in sand
being washed away
by the tide....

Yes, constructive critiques.. You know, how I really love the sea, misty, I go there sometimes by myself, reading every tide that splashes against the rocks.... it's a short, but really beautiful poem of yours. I shall give it a 10.

not through itself,
but through the creatures
dwelling within its bosom.

That's sweet. A poem written just for two.

This paints a very warm picture for me. I love the closeness you are able to express. Another of your heartfelt works for my library.

I love reading and thinking about the seashore!

You know...love and the seashore are often put together (not that I'm saying that its overused). The way you used it is simply wonderful.
