state of anxiety

take me from this madness
called life
and place me
in your heart
i want
to see things through
your sad,
little boy eyes
put me in the country
teach me
the sounds of
the night
save me
from this madness
and help me
rebuild
my life.....

Very well done! The longing comes through well in these words!

I feel the emotion and longing, but it is asking a lot of another.  Joyce

i had a revelation today regarding this poem
that i hope will transcend itself into
yet another poem.... maybe someday

joyce..on a personal note notice i asked for help in the rebuilding
sometimes the strength of a trusted love one helping lends itself
to enpowering the weaker link....just my thoughts and thanks

"teach me the sounds of the night"...i love this line. The night sounds have always lent me comfort. I sometimes hike throught the forest at night. It is exhilarating to be amongst those sounds, and to rely on hearing them... because you can't see them.

This is very poignant and has some lovely word flow in it.  Good job.

ah some thing we all want in a nice little verse

Don't ever give in, if you do you've lost everything you've ever had and everything you hope to gain, but if you carry on your already winning.
