She's sitting downtown in a bus staion crying,
   She's got a one-way ticket home..
A cold rain is falling, while her heart keeps on
calling to the man she called her own..
She didn't know when they started that he'd leave
her broken-hearted, gave him every bit of lovin'
       that she had..
Now the hurt just keeps growing, and the tears just
keep flowing for the love that turned out bad...

Inside, something told her that his love had gotten
colder, she could see it dying slowly
        in his eyes..
He had found himself another and tonight he was
Her lover at the Hotel Paradise..
Sitting all alone and drinking, couldn't keep her
mind from thinking, and she knew what
        must be done..
She grabbed her coat..combed her hair..
locked the door..started the car..then put the
        bullets in her gun...

They had left the local bar..the Hotel wasn't far..
   neon signs were blinking bright..
When he laid her on the bed..Not a word was said,
as he turned to dim the light..
He saw his wife there at the door and knew she
   couldn't take no more,
because her smile was cold as ice..
No one ever found the gun, and she walked,
   she didn't run..
         from the Hotel Paradise...

                 ..Hotel Paradise..
                  ..Love is easy..
                 ..Hotel Paradise..
                  ..No one tells..
                 ..Hotel Paradise..
                 ..Lover's Heaven..
              ..But if they catch you..
               ..It's a lot like Hell!

Marsha...Thank you, and it is a complete
story, and probably true in some
         sad cases.
              Glad you liked it!
