In the Light of Love Above Flowers forever-fragrant bloom When Heaven’s high gates open Birds in harmony, whistle their tune In the light of love above Hourglass of sand, we need not know In picturesque soft meadows of green In crystal waters, an angel’s glow In the light of love above Souls of destiny in soft sunset blush Hearts awaiting wakening Beat for eternity in a humble hush In the light of love above It is a blessing to have wings for words, and passion in pen Marina Crossley |
