Before you read the poem, keep in mind that I think you can be passionate in all emotions, including humor. So, if you're not afraid to laugh...... Then Enjoy!!!! I was talking to some friends of mine the other day... When someone had to mention just how fast time slips away... Seems like yesterday that I was in my youth... And now I'm at the age where mirrors always tell the truth! ---------------------------------------------------- Now, I don't mind the fact that I am growin' older... Or that the summers seem a little shorter, And the winters a little colder... Because I'll stay young just lovin' with that man of mine... My heart tells me I'm still 16, and my head says that's just fine!!! ---------------------------------------------------- I know he'll love me when my hair all turns to silver... and my teeth all bite the dust... And somewhere in the process, I misplaced my shapely bust... My face begins to wrinkle, and I need a new behind... I know he'll be there, 'cause he's the stayin' kind... Yeah....I know he'll be there... Just a ginnin' in his rocking chair... Yeah....I know he'll be there, 'cause he's the stayin' kind! Love received is equal to love given! Awww that was sooo cool!  You made it seem a little easier getting older. You know, that's a very "Catchy" title, would be cool for a song, a country song... I enjoyed this a lot!Sauni |

Gossamerwings....Thank you for reading this! I knew it would attract people with a good positive attitude......and, yeah, Life can be VERY funny!!!! Saun....You guessed it.....it is a song that I've been messing with, probably country flavor, and just finished the actual writing today. I'm glad you liked it!!!
