Lessons Let the day grow bright upon your bonny face let the sleep and tears leave behind no trace and nightmares of being all alone think of it ne'ermore, do not let your heart so warm turn to cold gray stone Laugh, my girl be gay and merry although one forsakes you it's not very important now, as he is gone forever ~ to return and hurt? No, no never. A mistake was made in blind innocence, and you've learned now that it makes more sense to like and be fond of at the start to refrain and wait awhile before you give your heart Remember my girl from experience past hard times and sore wounds heal quickly, hardly last… and from your heart once again be warm and gay ready for a man to take part and put love in your way. I thought I'd travelled back in time and had taken the computer with me.... "and nightmares of being alone think of it ne'ermore." "laugh, my girl be gay and merry altough one forsakes you it's not very." This is the verse I really love... "and from your heart once again be warm and gay ready for a man to take part and put love in your way." So that's how you think about us poor hopelessly in love guys..."put love in your way." Oh the pain the pain is killing me. I have to say this is an interesting style you've adopted. I found it so Robert Burns like. I loved it from beginning to end that's why I am going on so.....Take care.... |
